Brass and aluminum rods sold from stock in any quantity from 1 unit up
We have one of the largest stocks of brass rods and aluminum rods in Japan. We purchase brass rods from San-Etsu Metals, Shinnitto, Kitz Metal Works, Shin Nihon Brass, Nippon Shindo, Ohki Brass & Copper, and Hitachi Alloy and we cover all manufacturers in Japan. We also have a large stock of environment-friendly cadmium-free and lead-free products. The majority of our aluminum rods are 56S, 17S or 11S materials purchased from Nikkeikin ACT or Showa Denko, and we have also started selling lead-free aluminum rods. Mill sheets are computer controlled enabling us to supply you promptly.
Cutting (to specified measurements) and knurling of brass and aluminum rods
We cut cadmium-free brass rods, ordinary brass rods, and aluminum rods to order. We have a variety of instruments from band saws to state-of-the-art, automatic, high-speed cutting tools, enabling us promptly to perform strict tolerance cutting. Each machine has an individual operator who will carefully check the quality of each piece. We are second to none in our dedication to quality control. We use the latest machines for knurling processes and our craftsmen finish each piece with due care. We also undertake pointing work for rod materials.
Cutting aluminum plate (to specified measurements)
We perform in-house cutting to order for aluminum plate using state-of-the-art thick-plate cutting machinery. Naturally, we also perform regular cutting as well as offering high-precision cutting. Simply let us know the size you need and the quantity you require.
